I think the embarrasment was enough of a punishment already. 😀

His punishment should have been to run around with a sign around his neck that says: "Yes... I am the Dumbass that chained himself to the wrong building!"
 
They should have put a sign near the dude advertising him as a public restroom. I'd pee on him for sure. People that dumb should not be unlocked. Ever.
