Good neutral ground for a transaction. Going anywhere public is just as good though. Meeting people at their house is a bit risky.

Will this offer include the w4m massage offers in the casual encounters section? I would need more privacy.

Just bring your roses. You're just trying to make an impression on the first date with 20 dozen roses right?

Excellent news, and I hope it spreads. Locally we just had a couple lured by a fake car ad, robbed and murdered.

I believe that case is what cause this department to offer this. Our cops around here really seem to have their heads on their shoulders. They aren't out there writing as many tickets as possible or out harassing people just because. They really are a good bunch.

And people are actually doing it. I really like this idea. CL can be a cesspool and doing a deal in the police station lobby is a great way to be safe. I really like this idea.

FYI this is the same PD that got flamed for the Christmas present stops.
How dare they go against the stereotype AT has given me.
In unrelated news: Craigslist postings drop by 60 percent.

I think that's a good thing. I would be way more likely to consider buying something more expensive that way rather than meeting someone with a handful of cash somewhere.

Good deal. Pretty much the same here too.

Looking forward to the news in the future: "Man shows up at PD with $5k. Civil forfeiture of money when seller doesn't show." :)
