Local Monitor Repair

Anyone ever have a local shop fix their monitor? Mine has some display problems, not big display problems, but noticeable, and getting worse. Just wondering if i should consider getting it fixed locally, and if the prices would be fair.

Some weird lines on the left side of the screen, also some ghosting problems.

How old is it? Is it still under warranty?

Few years old i think, not under warranty.
