Local Image Files, Remote Console Tasking

Hey everyone!

Im wondering how I would be able to remotely Ghost a machine with a locally stored image.

The computer will be setup with 2 partitions. The first contains WIN2K,
applications, etc. The second partition holds an image of the first partition.

When the user has problems (easily fixed by re-imaging the drive) I can remotely tell the machine to access ghost and image the drive from the 2nd partition. Now according to Symantec, Ghost 7.5 Enterprise edition cannot send a task to a remote computer and have it access a image stored locally on the users PC. So what I ask of the Anandtech Community is to help give me some ideas on how I may accomplish this task.

Our current environment is ~1200 PC's @ 50+ locations. The new systems are Dell's installed with Windows 2K Pro and are on a Novell 5 network. We do have the ability to use zen works on the systems and administer them remotely. When we set up the computers we have a boot disk that boots to the image server and sets up the PC. Now we could set one up to restore a local image but I really don?t want to have to give a tool like that to a user (may cause more trouble) and we are trying to reduce the number of trips that have to be made for simple fixes. So if you have any ideas let me know.

Thanks
