Local html files on Vista

I have some html files that use ActiveX and other scripts on my hard drive. Every time I open the file, I get the warning bar saying I have to manually enable the script.

I am unable to put the files in a trusted zone, and I'm not sure what zone local hard drive files are in.

Any ideas?

Use IIS and it runs under the local intranet zone. For security reasons you can't run scripts automatically from the local hard drive without disabling pretty much all the security. You will need Vista home premium/business or ultimate to have IIS though.
