I local dude invented Peanut Butter slices, just like american cheese slices, only its peanut butter.

You think you would buy a product like this? It is supposed to be in local stores in a few days, might have to check it out.

You can make it yourself - it's just peanut butter with powdered sugar mixed in until it's sort of gritty and dry.

Um I dont know what to think of this. It kinda has the same effect on me as that Goober stuff, you know that peanut butter/jelly in one jar. I guess I am just old fashioned when it comes to my Pb&J with the crusts cut off!

I was going to make up about a dozen pb&j sandwhiches for a backpacking trip this weekend, these would make it really easy to get them made. I'll just have to stick to good ol' chunky jiff :D

Thats another thing...this will be smooth PB....chunky is king baby!

Sluggo, I thought that only certain food stores would be carrying it, and only in NE Oklahoma? I think that's what KFOR said.

We the people are just getting lazier and lazier. Pretty soon it will just be a soy milkshake in your favorite flavor.

Is there a practical use for pre-sliced peanut butter that can't be totally ridiculed? Exactly how long does it take to put a butter knife into the jar?

The slices will mostly be in grocery stores around Tulsa and NE Oklahoma for a while. They did say on the news up here, Tulsa, that a limited number of stores in OKC would have them as well.

Why is everything tested in Tulsa? Well about 10 years ago there was some study done by the census bureau that found Tulsa to be the most average city in the U.S. demographically. We get all kinds of new products here because of that. I walk into the grocery store or QuikTrip on a weekly basis and see new sodas, chips, candy, etc...

You mean, made without peanuts?
