Local File Browser/Explorer inside a web page

Ok, I'm going to explain as best I can what I'm looking for. I don't code so bear with me. I am looking for a file browser that will show my local machine embedded inside a web page on a server. Lets say that the server is not local for this situation. I thought that shutterfly.com used to have this, but I have checked and they do not. I am not looking for an upload script, but more like Windows Explorer embedded in a web page. I thought it was a Java based app, but I am seeing some things similar to what I'm looking for based on Flash.

Any help is appreciated.
