Local drive needs to be changed!

Just built a new Computer (windows 7) and the local drive is my C drive which is a 128gb ssd and I'd like to make the local drive the D drive which is 2tb could someone give me a quick step by step guide for how to change the local drive from C to D? THANKS
 
Ok ill point this out first incase you really dont know what your doing, because it sounds like your a totall newb just by the way your asking the question...

If you transfer windows from the 128SSD to the 2TB HDD, it will boot and act much slower... Is that what you want?
