so... a month ago I was out at this local club/wine bar/restaurant. I frequent the place quite often, and usually it's filled with trendy, cosmopolitan office types. I had only previously been there at the weekend, however, and this night I was there on a Tuesday night. It was a very different place...
It was full of young polish immigrant girls, who strangely seemed to be out by themselves. There were a couple of heavies on a balcony with a 'madame' watching over the girls downstairs. The clincher was this local pervert guy (who's 50-odd and is one of the type who come up to young women and start reciting bible verses) who managed to 'pull' a twenty-something polish girl who couldn't really speak english.
Further reports from other people confirm prostitues are working there, and it transpires that it's £150 for the night.
Anyway, my company (g/f and a couple of mates) felt like it really sucked, and my missus was getting eyed up by the women as though she was 'on their turf' or whatever, despite her wearing a posh evening dress, so we decided to leave. As we left, I spoke to one of the bouncers (curiously also polish) and asked -politely- if he noticed that there may be one or two 'ladies of the night' working in there tonight. He denied it with a sly grin, but interestingly as my g/f he quite openly called her a whore, clearly trying to provoke us all.
So, on a local motorsport forum I write of what I saw and some people confirmed it to be true.
Skip forward to last night, and I'm having a quiet drink with an ex-colleage and the bouncer comes over and tells me I have to leave because of what I wrote on the forum. He refuses to bring the manger down of course and it's looking like I'm barred from the place.
What would you do? My plan is to call the manager tomorrow, ask for an apology and if not, spread the word as wide as possible: make flyers and hand to people in the que to get in, post on various local websites etc.
Cliffs:
-Local trendy nightclub usually very high class has immigrant prostitues working during the week.
-Bouncers are in on it, and antagonise me + g/f when we asked about it.
-I post my experience on local motorsport forum
-I get barred for life, despite them having no actual proof it was me who posted it.
-What would you do?
