do you guys prefer steaming or boiling lobster?

i would like to steam but i don't have a steamer as steaming would conserve flavor more. is it possible to add lemon/herbs/garlic into the boiling water?

i usually only add a little bit of salt but recently learned that it is recommended to add 1 tablespoon per quart of water (think osmosis).

so guys, steam or boil?
