Loans?

I need some advice on loans, how to get them, and whatever else that is important. I'm gonna need one just in case, since I will be moving out before my lease is up, and I owe my landlord 1700. I had already talked to her, and I can pay her over a 2 month period instead of owing her all at once, which puts some of the burden off of my back somewhat. What I would like to do is see if I can get a loan to pay her back, pay off credit cards (I owe like 11-12k), and maybe have enough over to pay back friends that I borrowed money from. Since I was unemployed for 4 months, my savings was completely drained, and I had to resort to borrowing money, which is really not my style, but it kept me alive especially for this past month.

So, what do y'all suggest?

Do you have any collateral (stocks, bonds, CD, car, truck, home, boat, plane, gold toilet, etc.)?

Can you get a co-signer?

Do you have a 401k through your employer?

I have my car... I can probably get my father to co-sign, and no 401k....

Damn!

Well assuming your father has good credit, low debt and decent income then you can get a personal loan from $1,500 - $25,000 depending on how much you need and what he's qualified for.

The best place to get a personal loan is through your local Credit Union.

I will talk to him... I know he has good credit and a decent income, so I should be able to get something....I'm unfortunately unemployed at the moment, but I do plan on getting a job, hopefully HP will call me soon to tell me when I start, and then I plan on getting a 2nd part time job so I can get as much money as possible.... if I can achieve getting my landlord paid off, all credit cards paid off, and all this debt into one lump sum bill, then all should be good...

What would make matters easier if I can get a credit card with a super high limit (50k) so I can do all the above, and maybe pay off my car with it as well 😀 I only owe 11k more on it...
