Loading Speedfan settings at Boot?

I'm using Speedfan to slow my IC7 Northbridge fan down to 3000 RPM and it's working great.

I've done some searching (here and on other sites) and can't find a way to make Speedfan start up automatically on boot and minimized. I can obvisously have it start with windows but you have to minimize it manually.

Anyone know of a more transparent approach? How about a script that would run and minimize it?

can't you just make it start with windows and then in the shortcut properties say "run minimized" theres a combo box for that iirc
