Loading custom desktop after windows installation

Is there a way I could modify the XP installation cd to load a custom desktop theme by itself after windows is done installing?
 
Can't you just install it now?

Theme XP is a good one. Unless you know the Theme files inside the Windows XP CD, then you could just replace them with the files you get from ThemeXP. My guess the Theme files are encrypted somewhere in that thing anyways.
