loadin' up on gamin' gear

For BF2, I need some kind fo joystick for the aircraft vehicles. I'm thinking this because it's been recommended highly in online reviews and it's cheap. $33 at newegg is kinda nice for one of the top joysticks out there. Only thing I don't like is that it's for both right handers and left. Therefor, the throttle is right in the middle. Kinda makes it awkward to accelerate, but I can always use my W and S keys for throttling. What do you guys think?

There were half a dozen or so decently sized joystick threads when BF2 came out. Might want to search for those for opinions.

not that I can find. All the ones you linked to in a previous post on the subject return errors as if the mods deleted them. Only threads on Cyborg Evo are tech support questions about drifting and BF2 not recognizing it. So I still need user input on the quality of these things beyond any isolated incidents of unrecognizability
