Loaded up CrystalDiskInfo - not sure what I'm supposed to do...

I have two drives at cautious status but the application doesn't mention what I'm supposed to do address these issues.

Drive 1:

05 Reallocated Sectors Count

Drive 2:

C5 Current Pending Sector Count
C6 Uncorrectable Sector Count

Should I be trying to get replacements because of these two warnings? I read the descriptions on some other site but I have no idea what I'm supposed to do. Drives seem ok to me
 
Backup anything imported.
I would suggest running the diagnostic utilities from whoever makes the drives. If an error code is generated then look into RMA'ing them if they're under warranty.
