Load to BIOS on laptop

I have tried Delete button, all the F keys, Home button, Scroll Lock button...

I cannot get into the BIOS.

I am just trying to see what the boot order is because I am trying to install Windows XP on it and it isn't booting from CDROM.

I tried googling it and I didn't come up with anything.
