Load balancing options for Win2K Server

What load balancing options do I have for a farm of Win2K Server machines? I have seen rack mount stuff, software stuff, but I'm not sure which is the way to go.

Check your network, hdd, and cpu usage to see if one or more service is reaching 75-80% of the available capability. Once you determine what the problem is, you then can implement which load balancing strategy that you may need. A simple solution for network traffics could be a second nic card on the server to costly solution as adding a newer/larger raid array or a partner server.

Win2k Advanced Server supports load balancing built-in, so you may have to search for a network appliance-type of load balancer for Win2k Server.
