Load Balancing Dual WAN router

The only thing is the two lines coming into it both have quite different speeds. one is 7m down and 256k up and the other is 3mb both ways, I'd like to have them both hooked up and good load balancing done through the network with it keeping that in mind.

I was wondering if anyone could give me some good recommendations on a router that would accomplish this task and not kill the bank account.

Really can't be beat @ around $150


Linux/the BSD's are definitely superior options but when you factor the cost and time of setup and such, you might just want to go with the quick and simple option
