ATTBI has such crazy customers sometimes that I have to attend a class to learn about them. LOL - first it was training on how to work the tools and the computer, then it's training on how to work the customer 
Looks like I'll be going to a five-hour training class this afternoon. They gonna teach me how to deal with customers who get really pissed at the littlest things, threaten to blow up my house, threaten to kill me or someone else, threaten to commit suicide if their service isn't fixed, etc. And, yes, we get those. I haven't had the suicide call yet, but I've had all the others.
I guess it's a bad thing to threaten them right back? Oh well. I get to get off the phones and listen to some WACKY calls. Screw learning about how to deal with them, I just wanna hear some of these people's reactions
