LMAO - On the phone with customer service

So, I'm on the phone with DirecTV because one of my older HR10-250 HD Tivo receivers has gone bad apparently. I tell the CSR, "One of my receivers has gone bad. Every time it boots up it gets to the loading screen and turns itself off. It won't stay on beyond that."

Her response: "Ok sir, what is on your screen now?"



Me: <chuckle> Nothing. It's off.

Well in her defense you did give her 2 screen options (loading or off)...still a stupid question though.
