Somehow, I dont think that Mr. Anderson cares about the people who shop at his stores that cause him to lose money. In fact, Id be willing to bet that he is counting on the "Devil" customers feeling slighted and not coming back. It is better for Best Buy for those people not to shop there, than if they were

devil and proud. The only reason to shop at a store like best buy in the first place is convienience. Online retailers are always cheaper. If I can wait a week or two I usually buy online.
