I agree with them, this calls for drastic austerity measures. Since most of the money went to the top 1%, tax the top 1% and cancel the tax cuts for them to make up the shortfall.

Actually, I know just what would fix all these deficits.

Cutting all spending on everything besides the military, while abolishing the Estate Tax and cutting taxes on the top 0.01%, so a flood of money will trickle down.
