llano overclockers: your highest ?

Oh it's not stable. Then I'm not envious! I run 100% stable at 800mhz on stock voltages ;] and 3.7ghz stable at 1.4625V

yea, as of right now i dont think this chip will do 3.6 without a ton of voltage. but im only a day into testing.

I have an impression that my 3.7ghz stable on comparably low voltage is a rarity. So I wouldn't be surprised if 3.6 is the border for you. However I wouldn't run it at 3.6 if it requires high voltages.

looks like 3.5/847 is stable, 1.5125 vcore, stock gpu voltage. im on 1333 memory which sucks. now i just need to figure out this things power states. im used to cool and quiet, and i dont see this as an option. my clock speeds will drop, but my vcore is staying at 1.5125

edit: nevermind i remember now. have to set the voltage option to offset instead of manual and adjust with +/- instead of just entering the voltage. there, i think ill call it good at this speed. for a black edition cpu, i was hoping for a little more than a 500mhz overclock, but meh, oh well. it seems pretty snappy on the desktop, nice and simple all in one solution.

I'm on 847mhz on gpu as well. (set as 850 in BIOS). Haven't run tests but seems to be stable in any games I tried.
Yes, 1333mhz memory sucks with llano. I run my 2000mhz marked RAM at 1866mhz with good timings.
Those cool and quiet settings in my BIOS messes up with my overclocking, so I disabled them. I set CPU at 3.7ghz and 1.4625V but it cpuz said it's 2.7ghz at 1.3V... even under load. Overclocking works normal with those settings disabled.

hmm, you should be able to get it set up right, strange it wouldnt ramp up under full load. works for every other amd chip i have had or have now. sitting at 800mhz / 1.128 volts when at idle. not a huge difference on the power bill, but it makes me feel better. especially when this pc is used as our htpc, which is on most of the day.

also curious to what you have your load line calibration set to. what is your vcore sitting at while under full load?

What is "load line calibration" ? If by vcore you mean the voltage shown in CPUZ, it is never above 1.46v

it increases voltage when the computer is loaded. so if you increase the llc while keeping the vcore the same, voltage will increase automatically when you fire up prime, etc.

CPU @ 3.3 GHz (1.375 Vcore, LLC @ 1/4)
IGP @ 757 MHz
NB @ 900 MHz

Stable in Linpack, video encoding, watching HD movies, and everyday gaming @ 720p
