I would like to know what do you guys think of this new case. Is it worth the money? I'm looking for quiet case that's not too heavy. My only concern is that I heard LL side panels can rattle since the material is really thin.

Another one that I was looking at is the Antec Solo (much heavier) but I just found out that if you need to replace the power supply you have to remove the motherboard. ARRRG!! I can't live with that. Very hard to find a case.

That's the first Lian-Li that really caught my attention. I'm not a big fan of their styling, but those cases are really nice.

With that said, the P182 is an excellent case. It is a bit heavy, but it has tons of features to make up for it. It's also the first case that I can honestly say combats noise very well - as long as you don't have the top or rear fans on high, it's hardly noticeable. Hell, the tiny, high-pitched nortbridge fan on my 680i is AT LEAST three times as loud (from the same distance) if I take off the side panel.

My most recent mention of the R6A - HEC/Compucase 6A series is in the current "A small case" thread in this section. You can also read more about it in my Review of the Rosewill R5600 series. The Rosewill R6A series is based on the same chassis as the legendary Antec SLK3000-B which was OEM from Compucase - it's a very high Casitude (tm) and value chassis. The identical cases as the R6A series can be bought under the Compucase brand in the 6A series. Seems to be very few versions of the 6A series available under either name right now. The Compucase 6X series is nice too (IDK if Rosewill is rebadging that one). About the only drawback is that long vid cards won't fit because they are shallow cases (most variants are under 17" deep). That's one reason why I like the R5600 series better. They can hold long cards and are made of a bit stronger metal and come with two, 120mm fans while you generally get just one with the 6A series are others. Not many variants of the 6A or 5600 are available right now either. I suppose the distributors aren't willing to buy a lot of inventory at the current exchange rates...

If you really want a light aluminum case, take a look at the Cooler Master Mystique 631 still on clearance at SVC.com. It doesn't have the bottom PSU, but is about the same size as the LL. The only thing I really didn't like about the 631 was that the PSU couldn't be removed with the mobo in place. I fixed that by replacing the pop rivets in the brace that is next to the PSU with screws and nuts.

The LL may seem rattly as the 631 does due to the lack of tight fit of the side panels. Large areas of unbraced aluminum do tend to be rattly. The 631 has the same issue. All can be helped by shimming the side panel fitments with some thick tape and/or some thin insulating foam.

I have an old LL Mid-Tower from 5 years ago, and even though its still my baby, my complaints are as followed:

80mm Fans = Loud/Decent Air Flow or Not Loud/Bad Air Flow
Front USB ports are on the very bottom of the case
PS is on Top.

This case addresses all of those EXCEPT I don't see a removable MoBo tray there, and if that is the case(no pun intended), then I would not get it.
