Living with roommates dad....

So a few weeks ago a friend extended an offer to rent out a room from his parents house. His parents owned the house and decided to move to another state so they were willing to rent out the house to him and me. The cool thing was my friend isn't here most of the time because he's at his GF's. So basically I pay little money for an entire house to myself.


Then last night his dad flew over from Texas. Now his dad is staying at the house for the time being while he's here. So it's basically me and his dad. Kinda weird eh? His dad is in the bathroom RIGHT NOW fixing one of the towel hangers and I have work in 20 minutes. I haven't brushed my teeth or showered yet. I find it akward for me to go in and say "hey I got work, can you get out?"
 
Walk in bathroom.

"Hi, I need to get ready for work. Could you please finish later?"

Done.
 
I would soon have to but it feels very weird my roomate went from 22 yrs old to 50 yrs old. I don't want to sound disrespectful in anyway either since he is trying to fix that towel rack that neither me or my friend wants to attempt to fix.
 
Well I guess I'm gonna go make some noise in the kitche to show I got work soon. Hopefully he'll get the message and back out without me saying anything.
