Living in Switzerland for a year, where to find good, cheap transformers?

I know my laptop will just need an adapter that I can buy at the dollar store (I've already read the power brick)

But I'm also bringing some other small things that will definitely require a transformer. Where is the best place to buy these? And would it be better to buy a single transformer and take an American power strip?

Screw it, I'll just buy some on Amazon

I love how you gave up after just two posts.

Gave up? Amazon seems as good a source as any. It may not be the cheapest, but they're usually pretty cheap.

Besides, it was less than 2 posts/hour. I only wanted to see if anyone was on at the moment I posted who might have the answer. Only a moron would wait longer than an hour for an ATOT expert who may never even come, especially at such a low rate of responses.

I see that you live near a military installation -- see if you can find some people who just came back from Germany or England who may still have some. :)
