that irritates me that someone is trying to make a profit off of something charitable. they should only be $1 each, i think it should be compared to stealing! i got mine from eastbay.com
both malls within 45 miles of here were completely sold out the last time I looked. when we were on vacation in the tampa, florida area about a week or so ago the nike factory store in ellenton had just got a huge shipment(over a thousand of them IIRC) and I picked up a few when I was there and the next day they were completely sold out. so you pretty much just have to get lucky and keep looking for them 🙂
Bleh, I tried to order that thing online from Eastbay/Champ's/Footlocker when they were still in stock. At the time, I had like two dollars and some change in my bank account, and I was going to buy two of them with the last of my money.
But then they tacked on some ridiculous shipping. So stupid. F U, Eastbay.
Edit: Here we go. From the thread in Hot Deals:

I don't see anywhere where it says free shipping. - when I go to check out - it tacks on $6.99 - any suggestions?
I got mine online at the Lance Armstrong Foundation website (www.laf.org), but it looks like they're back-ordered, so I guess you'll have to wait. I haven't seen any at the local stores.
