Has anyone used or have one of these? Pulse smartpen

Someone in one of my lectures had one, it looked pretty interesting, but it seems kind of expensive, especially given the paper required, but the website said you'd be able to print your own for free soon..just curious what others thought

I believe I saw a package at Costco for $250 . . . including 4 pads of the paper and the pen and some other extras. . interested as well but was holding off until i did more research . . .seemed to be perfect for grad school. Anyone have it?

I went ahead and got it and it?s nice, I like it a lot so far. Being able to recall the audio by just tapping on the text while I?m reading notes in my notebook is great. The search feature in the desktop software works well too and my handwriting sucks.

Audio quality is good too. It is better than I expected and better than a typical handheld digital recorder, but obviously nothing spectacular. The quality seems really consistent when you consider that all of my lectures are in different size halls.
Good buy for a student.
