Live video seminar for small business

At work we are looking to setup a video seminar for about 20 guys who are located throughout the U.S. Ideally we would like to have around 20 people to connect to a live video feed from our corporate office. What programs out there will let me do this?

We are not looking to spend more than $200 unless is needed. I've looked into skype for video conferencing but it seems like skype will only allow a maximum of 3 people to connect per session. Please advise.

hmm...a one-time 1hr meeting with 20 attendees at webex.com would be almost $700.
gotowebinar.com is $100/mo...I don't know what kind of commitment they require though.
Live Meeting 2007 would be $300/mo for 20 users.

I'm interested what others might come up with in your price range.

loup garou- thank you for the suggestions.

More recommendations would be appreciated from other users.

Thanks
