Did anyone see frontline last night? If you eat a low calorie highly nutritious diet all the time (ie veggies, grain, fruits), then you live much much longer than eating fat, sugar, and protien, or even a modestly unnutrutious diet. They had monkies and mice on both diets, and the low cal high nutritious animals lived twice as long and were more active. The key is low cal.
