I'm looking for a live image of a distro that can RDP into a Windows PC. I know Ubuntu 11.10 can, but is there anything more up-to-date?

Hiren's BootCD has TeamViewer and TightVNC.

Remote Control Tools
----------------------------------
TeamViewer 7.0.14563 - Access any remote computer via Internet just like sitting in front of it, even through firewalls, also included version 6.0.10462 for MiniXp. (Windows Freeware)
TightVNC 2.5.2 - Cross-platform Remote Desktop Software to view/control remote pc with mouse and keyboard. (Windows Freeware)

You can download packages in a live CD, so pretty much any linux distro that has a package for remote desktop should be able to run it.

To expand, if you created a "live CD" image on USB with persistent storage, then the download packages will be there on reboot. If there is no persistent storage, they can still be downloaded and used but since they live in a RAM disk they will be gone on reboot.
