Live Gaming HD HDCP Message

I can't seem to find a ton online about this issue, but thought I'd post here see if anyone has any experience.

So I picked up the Avermedia Live Gaming HD card for my machine, primarily to stream some Xbox One games, some capturing but mostly streaming. I read the Xbox ONE to disable the HDCP you have to do a complete power cycle if you have ever used Netflix or watched a movie it will turn this on. With that being said, this is my setup:

From my Onkyo Receiver, into the PC, then out to the TV, it can preview fine, so I know its all setup but I get the HDCP or "This is protected content" when I attempt to stream/record.

I attempted both my PS3 and Xbox One with the same result. Would the receivier be applying some HDCP? Because I tried running straight through without the receiver and the same result..

Is there a setting possibly on the receiver or an easy solution for this? I really didn't want to create another complicated part to my gaming setup. I might just end up returning it if I can't find a cheap solution. So far I am going to try to pass it straight through again tonight, and if that works, I think I'll get a HDMI splitter and go that route.

Software used: The Avermedia solution AND Open Broadcaster, also Xsplit.

A receiver in general will not add HDCP protection, only pass it through. So I'm guessing HDCP is still enabled on your xbox 3.

I have heard you need to unplug your xbox to disable HDCP, but beyond that I'm not sure.

I saw that you said you tested it with the X1 and the PS3. The problem is that I believe that the PS3 always has HDCP enabled, so it won't work (via HDMI) no matter what with that console. I read that people are using a HDMI->DVI + Optical -> DVI-to-HDMI converter box to circumvent the PS4's HDCP. As for the X1, I don't know as I've never tested it with a capture card. I've been waiting for the PS4 to get sorted out (via a future patch) before I delve into that stuff.

Well it appears to be the receiver! I removed it, did a hard reboot of the xboxONE and it works just fine.

I have a HDMI splitter in the mail that should remove that HDCP so I can broadcast without having to disconnect from my receiver. I'll report back when it is setup.
