Not sure I'd say add-on DLC is, but Arcade titles have certainly been creeping up from $5-$10 to $10-$15. Some of them merit the higher price, but I have trouble believing "Death Tank" does.

This.

The Maw DLC is priced at $1.25. Hardly outrageous. But erwos is correct that there have been some Arcade games that have been priced at $15 (1200 MS Points) that have been questionable values at that price.

Yeah, the retro games were 400MS points and the new games were 800MS points. Now the new games seem to be fluctuating between 800 and 1200 MS points with no rhyme or reason and even retro games like R-Type are hitting 1200 MS points. Though, to be fair, R-Type Dimensions was two versions of R-Type with upgraded graphics.

R-Type Dimensions is worth it for fans of the classic games since you get 2 games with nicely updated visuals (which you can turn off on the fly). Death Tank was awesome multiplayer fun on the Saturn but 15 bucks for an updated version?? ...meh..thats a bit much.

Death Tank looks fun, but I agree some DLC is getting expensive! I'm still waiting for Castlevania to be on sale for 400 points so I can use the remainder of my balance. :p
