live alone or with a roomate?

so I have to move out of my current apartment since they want to "renovate" the place and then jack up the price.

should I live on my own again, or get a roomate?

living on my own is nice.. the freedom and all... getting a roomate saves me $$$.. but I am afraid we wont go that well..

sooo.... any reccomendations?

I can totally afford living alone.. but $400 a month is $400!! thats quite a lot of $$$...

I can put save that as downpayment for a house.. or to buy a new video card each month

in that case you could put a mini-fridge in your room and that would solve some issues.

I am looking to pay about 1200-1400 for my own 1 bedroom apt..

if I get a 2 bedroom and share with a roomate, I will have to pay only 900-1000 ish.. that is a lot of $$ in savings right there...

well I think the key thing is finding the right roomate
