Wtf are you talking about? The only "issue" with the LLWS is age verification, which isn't a problem in the United States because we document the births of children, unlike other countries.

Got drafted, went to college instead, blew out his arm in sophmore year and never played again. Finished free college though at a highly ranked university so he still made out.
