Unnhh... I try not to think of the past. Nowadays if you were to talk to some younger guy about Loderunner, Infocom text adventures, Atari 2600, etc. they look at you like you're an alien. If you're a relic gamer like me you'd even remember those handheld Mattel LED sports games of the 70's. I was 7 yrs. old when the original Star Wars premiered at my local cinema along with Grease (ugh -terrible movie musical).

The chain gun kicked ass in this game. I think I started out on spear of destiny first and then went back to wolf3d.

Or when your GF says she didnt see Star Wars growing up, and you saw how could anyone not have seen it in the theater like 10 times. Then she says she wasn't born yet....suckage. And whats worse is when that anecdote happened over 10 years ago.
