My fan is very noisy 2000rpm ,,,but on boot up you can barely hear fan.
I want 1300rpm.

I cant control the fan speed. its 3pin and I have speedfan ,,,,, and what not
 
I hear BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ sound non stop. I move my mouse it makes noise,,,,,, man,,,,,
