Little help with overclock of E6400/P5B Deluxe

I have taken my first steps into overclocking, based on reading this forum and others. I have successfully made the CPU go from stock 2.13Mhz to 2.48Mhz by lowering my RAM from 667 to 533 (which is giving me a 1:1 ratio) and increasing FSB from 266 to 310. I have not touched any other settings. PC is running fine, however, I am seeing stuttering when playing back the timeline from Premiere Pro (video editing application) at this point...this does not happen in stock configuration. I obviously need to adjust something else..perhaps the PCIe frequency?, but am not sure what. Any help is much appreciated! TIA!
