I'm trying to do something that I was thinking should be simple but I can not seem to find a simple way to do it or do it at all for that matter. I have an access database that I went through the startup options for and had unchecked some toolbars that I did not want showing when this particular database opened. Unfortunately I disabled a toolbar that I did not want disabled and one of the things I disabled was the regular toolbar menu so I can't get back into the startup options for this database to correct this error. I really don't want to build a whole new database and import the data from this one in, is there some way around this?

Thanks for the answer, worked out fine. Had no idea that the shift key disabled so many things. I knew it disabled autorun from starting on a CD and various other things from starting up. Looks like it extends to Microsoft applications as well.
