Swiss Rolls are better anyway. Something difficult to find in these parts for some reason.

I don't buy them often...really only for an annual canoe trip...but I can't fathom not having them available!

The only Little Debbie thing I'll still buy is a box of the vanilla Christmas Tree cakes once a year.

“Our business model is one where we sell to independent wholesalers who then resell to grocery stores and convenience stores,” said Mike Gloekler, the corporate communications and public relations manager, in an email.

“The sole distributor in Canada chose to terminate their business relationship with our brands for reasons that are entirely their own.”
If they were popular enough, seems like a business opportunity for someone.

Tastykake offers the best snacks.

But yeah, cream pies are the saving grace of Little Debbie - my go-to snack from LD. THe larger sized ones taste better.
Been years since I had any.

man I haven't eaten any of that type of crap in like 20 years. that shit is overprocessed and the shittiest quality sugar bombs and chemicals.

if I am going to get a sugar bomb I'll have a proper pastry or chocolate. who eats any of those type of snacks anymore?

As far as taste goes for that junk food, it was alright. Not oversweet and it had a little spice. (Cliffnotes is that they had a likable taste to me).

Also, the current oils used are Palm and Soybean Oils, which is a shift from the partially hydrogenated oils that dominated the market for decades. With the 0.5 g or less serving size loophole, however, the routine consumer of such pies are still dooming themselves for the usual battery of diseases that trans fats help cause.

(It's also a prime example of inducing overfeeding for profit is like. "Feed the world" is businessspeak for "fatten humans with grains").

Somebody hasn't seen Zombieland.
The original banana cream twinkies are right behind him on the shelf in the grocery store scene.

And threads like this are what ATOT is all about. Chuckled at the title.

I got the chocolate twinkies with mint filling today. Great if you like hints of spearmint lol.
