I don't like LC, but their deep dish is pretty decent, they make it as 2 4 slice pies so you get outer crust on all 8 pieces. (it's square) Pizza Snobs be gone! Yes Chicago Pizza House a city over from me is a lot better, but a deep dish there's around $26 bucks. IMHO for $6 this is unbeatable. If you've never had it, it's worlds better than their absolutely terrible $5 hot-n-crappy to go pizza. The caramelized cheese on the crust is a nice touch and I like that they use Munster cheese too, it's good ass cheese I've never seen anywhere else use on a pizza. I'm an absolutely beast of an eater, I can wolf down 4 slices if I tried, but 2 here will have me good. It's thick and very filling

Thanks for the heads up. I got to try it month or so ago and said I wouldn't pay $8 for it again but I'll certainly grab one for $6 :)

I generally get the $5 ready-to-go large pepperoni, or the lunch combo. I like them both.
Now what's really good is the Italian Cheese Bread. I tried it once and ate the whole shebang.

Fat people like it.

It's more low quality bad food for your dollar. Eat up!

Yum, I'll have to check it out. We recently got LC here and it's pretty decent, especially to consider how cheap it is. I missed out on the deep dish bacon wrapped pizza though. :(

The deep dish from them is just a thick crust... so the ratios are all wrong. :(
Note that either way it's not good pizza but it's quick and easy.

If they would just make their cheese pizza like their cheese bread...

What do people here even consider good pizza anyway, it does not matter what pizza place we speak of, people always say that it's bad. Freaking picky eaters. :p

All chains SUCK and all mom and pop pizza spots are OMG GOOD. Somebody should open a mom and pop place and sell re boxed Pizza Hut pizza just so I could see all the lame hipsters rave over Pizza Hut.

There's a Pen & Teller Bullshit where they served people restaurant food telling them it was Taco Bell, nobody really liked it much. Then they did the reverse and people were like "WOW this Taco Salad's delicious I can taste the quality and freshness" Not a food snob, bit imho almost all pizza places are decent at best. I've eaten at countless 1 location mom and pop places and they majority were pretty uninspired. Nothing like paying $25 for a pizza at some hole in the wall non chain and it turns out to be on par with a $12 Papa John's pie.

I didn't say it's bad it is just not good. If it was bad being quick wouldn't matter.
Overall it's just really bland so normally I get the fake garlic sauce to go with it, or add my own spices and herbs to it.

Until earlier this week, I hadn't had Little Caesar's pizza in probably 20 years. My favorite pizza shop was sold out of pizza around 9:30 the other night (they make their dough fresh from scratch every day - if it's much busier than normal, they run out of dough. Dough takes about 3-4 hours from start until it's ready for pizza, since they don't add all sorts of extra chemicals to it.)

So, I stopped at the LC a few blocks away and picked up one of their ready pizzas. Holy shit that stuff sucked. Hungry, I ate one slice; it wasn't pleasant. I fed the rest of it to my dogs when I got home. I noticed there was a slice on the ground the next day - they didn't even eat it all.

But Sbarros will always be disgusting.

Caesars is dumpster pizza. I would have rather had a real deep dish.

Do you live in Chicago? Because they have the best damn pizza on the planet! And if you do shame on you for buying dumpster pizza with so many better options.

I prefer big chains that use good ingredients, like papa johns. 0g trans fat.

No ingredients list = no eat.

Could be up to 4g trans fat by breaking the pizza down into 8 servings like that on the menu.

I worked at LC back in the 80s. I remember this commercial and the contest that went with it.

The best thing on the menu was the Italian sausage sandwich when we used fresh sausage. I also like the ham an provolone sandwich.

I really need to believe that Little Caesars in the 80s and early 90s was not the same as what it is now. I swear it was better!

They used to sell two pizzas on a long piece of cardboard with a paper sleeve. It was a Friday staple when I was in junior high and high school. I thought it was okay to good... or did my tastes change so much since then???

In those days, Pizza Hut was also a dine-in restaurant and we would flip over our floppy disks to load an especially complex game onto our Commodore 64.

that garlic butter dipping sauce they gave you was (almost certainly) nothing but trans fats until the FDA banned them.

and papa johns tastes like they replaced tomatoes with red colored HFCS in the sauce. way too sweet.

Little Caesar's is college party food it was the only place where pocket change from 5 people could buy enough food for 25 people. Adults should only eat at Little Caesars for nostalgia.
