after a fairly large break in recruiting in the General Hardware forums, I posted the first thread in a while.

I need all of your help to answer the questions that people ask (hopefully there will be quite a few) about this. read my first post, and you'll know why. I like to bring the answers straight to the people who are asking them, rather then giving them a link, to search on their own.
