Lithiom lon batteries

Does anyone know where I can buy AA or AAA Lithiom lon batteries and a charger.

They do not exist and as far as I know they will never exist as (to my knowledge) Lithium Ion cells are 3.6 volts (normal AA batteries are 1.2-1.5 volts). Sorry. Someone tell me if I am wrong. I too would have liked Lithium Ion AAs as well.
