Litestep Woes

Ok, I just got litestep yesterday and I've been playing around with it a lot and really like it. One problem, though. I did something that somehow changed the positioning of IE. Now whenever I maximize IE, it'll be a little bit away from the top of the screen, showing a bit of desktop, and the bottem will be a overlapping the taskbar a little.
