i tried contacting liteon for an RMA and i havent gotten a response, this was 72 hours ago

is there a phone # or an online rma process that anyone knows of?
 
just curious, whats the drive doing? My roomie had a CDRW that would read but wouldnt burn. All he had to do was flash the bios with updated firmare. Works great now.
