LiteOn CD52 (52X) and WIN XP

This may be a silly question but does anyone know is this CDROM will work with XP? I have all the parts to build my next system and this CDROM was bought for this purpose. Also if there are no drivers on the install disk where do I get them? The LiteON site didn't list any.
 
No problems here ...XP dectects its and installs with DMA...got digital out in the back as well
