liteon 40/12/48 and nero problem

my liteon 40/12/48 is showing a max write speed of 32x in nero .i have the latest firmware and software installed and i also tried removing and reinstalling the software ,has anyone had this problem or know what the solution maybe ,i think i recorded a disc at 40x before the firmware upgrade ?

I would suggest you go here. Download the firmware to put that babies on steroid. I have the same drive as you with the same problem and I just flashed firmware to 48125W and now I'm burning at 48x
