lite-on RMA... any probs

I have a lite-on cdburner I'm going to try and rma to lite-on it's about 6 months od and won't eject sometimes... I mean I have to physically remove the drive from the case and open then reconnect it to get it to eject. then it will work fine for a few weeks.

so what I'm asking is lite-on good to work with or is it not worth my time?

my L-O 16xDVD died after 6 months ~ newegg exchanged it for me, np :)

was mighty cool of them :cool:

really! I thought newegg only did exchanges for the first 30 days!

Liteon will probably tell you to go through your place of purchase.
If the place you bought it from won't help then Liteon will.
Or at least that's been my experience.

Newegg does exchange for 1 year, refund for 30 days. And yes, they are absolutely great. :D

I did RMA with lite-on before w/ no problems..

i just sent in the drive and they sent a replacement back. I didn't even have my receipt, they went by the serial#.
