Lite ON/ Nero Oddity

After I burn an audio cd...just after the red light on the Lite-On goes out (burning stops)...the green light on Lite-On starts flickering and the cd begins to spin....the hard drive light is also flickering.

Status bar in Nero window indicates that burn is complete, but the burn timer above the status bar is still counting up.

I let it spin for a about a minute or so, then manual eject. Even after the cd is out, the Lite-On green light continues to flicker, and hard drive activity continues. I restart at this point, and everything goes back to normal. It happens everytime.

Is the disk just playing after the burn? Or is it performing some sort of CD integrity test? Why the hard drive activity?

Some small option in Nero that I need to adjust....?

Nero can do a "data verification" test. Should be a check box somewhere.

Well, I looked around, but didn't see the option....anyone know where the data verification option is?
