Lite-On LTD163 or LTD165?

I'm going to buy a DVD-Rom and I've seen everything about how great the LTD163 is, but I noticed that Lite-On now has a LTD165 on their website I'm not sure if that is a new drive or not but I was wondering if anyone has one and or knows what the difference is?
